Preparing to start study with BAPP

This page is for students who have been offered a place on the BAPP ACI programme and have accepted their offer.

University stuff!!!
1) Accept your offer to become a student: you will be sent an offer of a place as a Middlesex Student. Within the Offer letter email there will be a link that allows you to accept. NOTE you are not enrolled on a course yet. You are just accepting your offer. At this point you are therefore not liable for any fees.

2) Once you have accepted you will receive further information from Middlesex to help with organising finance, preparing for study, notification of dates and events. The University wants to help you...

3) A few weeks before the start of the course you will be asked to ENROL. Doing this means you will be enrolled on BAPP  ACI at that point you are committing to taking the course and therefore start being liable for fees. Once you are enrolled you will have access to the UniHub page, study handbooks, library resources, the Student Union and Student Card


Other things you can do:

• Start your own blog 

• Visit blogs from the BAPP ACI Learning Community and read past posts.

• Get into the habit of reading on the train!
• Collect images that make you think...
• Keep a journal about what you notice around you in your practice. 
• Think about where you will do your study - check out the local coffee shop, clear a desk space at home... 
• Think about when you will study - are you a morning person, are weekends better than week days!!
